Wonbin Suh is a Partner at Brookfield Financial and is responsible for originating and executing real asset M&A, advisory, and capital markets transactions, with a focus on Korea and cross border investments from/to Asia.

Wonbin possesses more than 15 years of experience in construction and real estate industry. He has assisted with over US$5 billion of successful transactions across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Notable transactions that Wonbin has participated in include the formulation of Joint Venture between Korean POBA and Dream Global REIT, and the sale of Hana Daetoo Securities HQ building in Seoul. Wonbin previously worked as a Partner and sat on the board of directors at Prime Appraisal Company (PAC), which later created DTZ Korea office, where he assisted global MNCs and Korean conglomerates for mixed-use developments and investments across China, SEA, India, Africa, and Korea. Prior to PAC/DTZ, Wonbin worked for Samsung C&T, in the infrastructure team, and involved in city development/infrastructure initiatives.

Wonbin earned his MBA from INSEAD. He graduated from the Seoul National University with a Civil, Urban and Geosystem Engineering Degree. He is a certified property appraiser, investment manager, realtor, and civil engineer in Korea.
